We’ll be expanding our horizons from esports to robotics for a temporary stint as the broadcast team for the Louisiana State Championship Robotics Competitions.

We have a trampoline park, a laser tag center, and a beach volleyball complex coming. Who's to say we shouldn't have a gaming facility, like the LAN centers/internet cafes of yore?

Our pro Overwatch team just bested CITIZENS in the Star Esports Overwatch All-Star Brawl IV with a decisive 4-0 victory.

Scion Esports is proud to announce our Overwatch team for 2020.

Effective January 1st 2020, we’ve decided to go ahead and rebrand to the big “E” in accordance with the Associated Press Stylebook ruling on the proper use of the word “esports.”

We’re excited to bring the TO back to the showroom at Lake Charles Toyota with a presence that’s bigger and better than ever.

Due partially to some inconveniences and frustrations with the Twitch platform, but primarily to our realization of many features we like better, we’re moving our primary streaming presence to YouTube.com/scionesports.

We’re merging our Southwest Louisiana High School Esports League page into our Scion eSports page. At the same time we’re also rebranding “Southwest Louisiana High School Esports League” as “Louisiana High School Esports.”

As a result of YouTube updating their Custom URL policies, we were able to change our YouTube channel’s URL to the simpler to remember: http://www.youtube.com/scionesports or just youtube.com/scionesports for short.

You don’t have to have any experience with esports or with our program to attend. We want as many schools represented, whether they played in previous seasons or not.

In the interests of brand recognition and ease of finding us, we’re transitioning our Twitch channel from ScionGorilla to scionesports.
