Rebranding to the big "E"

For most of our history, Scion Esports has presented our name stylized as “Scion eSports” with a little “e” and a big “S” but effective January 1st 2020, we’ve decided to go ahead and rebrand to the big “E” in accordance with the Associated Press Stylebook ruling on the proper use of the word “esports.”

It’s bittersweet, we always felt like using the name eSports had a classic feel to it, since our organization name predates the AP decision. Even though the ruling specifically mentions using “E-sports” or “eSports” as being acceptable in the case of proper names, we decided it would be simpler for everyone to adapt our name to fit the common usage.

Please be patient with us as we crawl through all our posts, display names, comments, etc. and try to get it corrected.
