Due to some confusion about the registration process and the ticket prices, we decided to err on the side of caution and just make it a lot simpler and cheaper to register. We have eliminated the $5.00/person cover charge to get in and play, now all you have to pay to play is the registration fees for your actual game. So once your Halo team captain has registered your team and paid the $40.00… you’re square. Just start practicing! Same goes for Smash/FIFA/Madden… Once you’ve paid the $10.00, you’re in.

Anyone who has already paid for the $5.00 Standard Price Participant Ticket, you will receive a refund of that portion of the purchase.

You still all need to make sure you’ve created a Challonge account and joined your team captain’s team on Challonge… You definitely don’t want to miss out on any of the sweet integrated features we have planned.

So just to clarify, from now on, anyone who is signing up to play in any event, including the single player side events or a captain signing up a Halo team, on the first screen where you select your ticket to the event, you should select the “Early Bird Discount” Ticket, which is free. Then select your games and move on through the process.
