Scion Esports announces conclusion of longstanding partnership with CyPhaCon.

Scion Esports will conclude our longstanding partnership with CyPhaCon and not participate in the upcoming 2026 event as we have decided to shift our organization’s focus and resources toward alternative experiences.

For many years, Scion Esports has been a proud supporter of CyPhaCon. Our involvement has allowed us to engage with fans, showcase competitive gaming, and contribute to the overall energy of the event. We are grateful for the opportunities the partnership created and for everyone who supported us through those years.  However, we have determined that significant investment in CyPhaCon no longer effectively serves our players and fans, or our parent company’s interests.

This decision was made thoughtfully through discourse with our staff and with CyPhaCon, and with deep respect for what CyPhaCon has built. While we wish the event continued success, we are confident that shifting our efforts to new ventures will allow us to deliver greater value to the gaming community, and even to broaden our reach to other forms of high quality unique entertainment for our fans; or as we like to put it - Giving a generation of gamers what it wants.

Our commitment to growing and enriching the local entertainment scene has never been stronger, and while we don’t have anything ready to announce yet, we’re excited for what comes next.
